HEIDI Project Partners Meet in Lithuania to Advance Skills Recognition and Inclusion
On 17 October 2025, partners of the HEIDI Project came together in Panevėžys, Lithuania, for the project’s second transnational meeting. The event was hosted by Panevėžio plėtros agentūra and brought together representatives from across Europe to evaluate progress and plan the next steps toward empowering highly educated adult immigrants.
During this productive gathering, partners discussed the development of the pilot version of the HEIDI skills certification tool, reviewed the localization of project content, and explored strategies to build a sustainable ecosystem that supports employability and skills recognition across Europe.
The HEIDI Project focuses on enhancing the employability of highly educated adult immigrants through tools designed to evaluate, recognize, and certify their skills — helping them access better opportunities in the labor market and contribute their expertise to society.
This meeting was a valuable step toward achieving the project’s goals and strengthening transnational cooperation.
