The EU Pact for Skills, launched in 2020 as part of the European Skills Agenda, aims to support workforce development across both public and private sectors. By gathering sectors that contribute to Europe’s social economy, this pact creates a powerful network for introducing new skills and updating existing ones to meet the demands of a changing economy.
