During the slide preparation stage, learners will practice preparing samples for microscopic examination. Key aspects include:

• Staining Methods: Using different staining methods to enhance visibility of microbial details.

This stage helps build confidence and skill in preparing samples for observation.

Practical Training

In the practical phase, participants will get hands-on experience with real microscopes to observe microorganisms. Activities include:

• Microscope Setup: Learning the essential steps for setting up a microscope.

• Focusing Techniques: Gaining proficiency in focusing and adjusting the microscope.

• Observation and Recording: Practicing techniques for observing and recording microscopic details of microorganisms.
